Julie Testa

Julie Testa was first elected to the Pleasanton City Council in November 2018 and re-elected in November 2022. A 30-year resident of Pleasanton, Councilmember Testa has a lengthy history of civic participation within the community, including 11 years of services as a Human Services Commissioner and as a board member for Tri-Valley REACH and the Tri-Valley chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Councilmember Testa currently serves on multiple city and regional subcommittees including the City of Dublin Liaison Committee, DSRSD Liaison Committee, Fair Liaison Committee, Legislative Advocacy Committee, Gate Boards, Association of Bay Area Governments, Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency, Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority, and the Tri-Valley Transportation Council.

Councilmember Testa is a small business owner with her husband Nick.
