The East Bay Regional Park District has entered into an agreement with the Zone 7 Water District via Arroyo Valle to refill Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreational Area to return recreational opportunities to the lake, including swimming, fishing, and boating. Surplus water will be pumped from the Arroyo Valle into Shadow Cliffs beginning May 3, 2023, and continue through May 31, 2023.
