Housing Interest List

Although the City does not build or own any housing directly, we work with developers of housing to create opportunities to rent or purchase at below-market rates. The City maintains an “interest list” to keep interested parties informed of affordable housing opportunities that might come up in the future.

This is NOT an application or waiting list for housing. Rather, the interest list will be used to contact interested persons if and when specific opportunities arise.
