The AB 2449 Virtual Attendance Request Form per City Clerk Department was created/approved for only City Council and Planning Commission. Once completed, the Councilmember/Commissioner will submit directly to their liaison.

Submit Written Public Comment

To submit written public comment regarding an open session item on this meeting agenda visit this page. Comments will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office until 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Council meeting.

Public participation: It is requested that members of the public wishing to address the City Council submit a speaker card. When public comment is opened on an agenda item, individuals may speak once per agenda item. 

In Person:

  • Submit a physical speaker card to the City Clerk at the meeting. When your name is called, please provide a comment at the podium.
