FY2023/24 Housing & Human Services Grant Application

The Pleasanton FY2023/24 Housing & Human Services Grant (HHSG) Application is now closed.

The online application in ZoomGrants was available from December 2, 2022 through January 20, 2023.

Tenants in Alameda County, including Pleasanton, are protected from eviction under most circumstances until 60 days after the end of the local health emergency declared by the County Health Officer, regardless of whether they have applied for or received rental assistance.

The City of Pleasanton coordinates various functions related to housing, including administration of the City's various housing programs, as well as development of policies and planning for housing in the community:

Housing Division

The City of Pleasanton Housing Division coordinates the development and maintenance of affordable rental and ownership housing in Pleasanton and administers a range of programs including:

  • First Time Homebuyer Assistance Programs
  •  The Housing and Human Services Grants Program (HHSG)
  • The City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (Residential developer Incentives)
  • The Housing Rehabilitation Program for Existing Homeowners

The Housing Division also provides information on:

  • Below-market rental housing opportunities
  • Housing and services for seniors and persons with disabilities
  • Fair housing and tenant-landlord services        
  •  Emergency housing resources
